Quality Assessment by the UH Sea Level Centre
Comment
The daily and monthly means reveal no apparent changes in the reference level. Data from Papeete-A are maintained in a separate record because these two series are not linked to the same tide staff zero.
The NOS gauge replaces the UH gauge as of July 1992. A two-month overlap (May-June 1992) provided the link (-11687 mm) to refer the NOS data to the historic reference level.
