RRS James Clark Ross Cruise JR300 AMT23 NOC CTD Instrumentation

The CTD unit was a Sea-Bird Electronics 911 plus system, consisting of an SBE 11 plus deck unit and a 9 plus underwater unit. The CTD was fitted with an altimeter, up and downwelling PAR sensors, a BB-RTD sensor, transmissometer and a fluorometer as auxilliary sensors. All instruments were attached to a 24 position stainless steel Sea-Bird SBE 32 carousel water sampler (S/N 3234173-0493) equipped with 24 Ocean Test Equipment 10L 110B water samplers, (s/n's 1 through 24). The table below lists more detailed information about the various sensors.
