Data delivery
BODC is responsible for the collation and management of data sets from the 36 North programme. These data sets will be available in accordance with the NERC data policy after release dates agreed by the 36 North Steering Committee. If you are interested in the data set, please contact Kay Thorne to negotiate its release
Whilst data are restricted from the public domain, no data will be transferred to parties outside the programme without the explicit agreement of the originator. If major data transfers are involved guidance will also be sought from the Science Coordinator and the Steering Committee to avoid compromising the interests of other programme participants.
In the event of dispute, the final decision rests with the 36 North Science Coordinator and the Steering Committee.
