The final processed, screened, calibrated and binned to 1 decibar CTD profiles are available from the BODC All data series application. Either search by cruise or for projects "Atlantic Meridional Transect (AMT)", "Atlantic Meridional Transect Phase2(AMT)" and/or "Oceans 2025 Theme 10 SO1:AMT".
AMT17 and AMT19 are still awaiting final calibrations but provisional profiles are available for download from our Online CTD and underway data delivery pages. Once the calibrations are completed these profiles will be made available by the All data series application.

Other AMT data - email request
Please check data availability from the AMT data inventory pages prior to making a request for access to the data.
Requests for the data should be directed to Rob Thomas at BODC with a completed data licence agreement (148 KB).
Rules regulating data exchange and usage are available in these Data Policies and as part of the data licence agreement. In particular, AMT participants and interested parties are reminded that:
- Data sent by BODC are for use of the enquirer only and must not be sent to any third parties.
- The source of the data (scientist responsible) must be acknowledged in any resulting publications.
- All data is released under licence and users must sign a licence agreement governing the acceptable use of the data.
Until AMT data enter the public domain BODC will not transfer them to parties outside the AMT community or Oceans 2025 centres without the explicit agreement of the data originator.
All other AMT data sets collected during cruises 1 - 17 are now publicly available.
For cruises 18 onwards the AMT data will be made publically available after a period to allow for the scientists to make first use of the data they have collected. The time-scales and conditions for dataset availability from Oceans 2025 cruises (18 - 21) are explained in the Oceans 2025 Data Policy and under National Capability cruises (22 - ) are explained in the NERC data policy.
