BODC Data Processing Procedures
Once the CTD profiles were quality controlled, and where appropriate callibrations applied, BODC processing extracted data from the down-cast at the depths where bottles had been fired on the up-cast. These data were loaded to the database linked to each bottle sample.
Details of CTD profile screening and calibrations that were applied are available from the AMT6 CTD data documentation and should be consulted in connection with these data.

Data Quality Report
The CTD down-cast profiles have been quality controlled at BODC before these data were entered into the database. The PAR sensor data from casts CTD01 and CTD14, with the PAR sensor, beam attenuation and fluorescence data from CTD50 were considered suspect and removed from the database.
