Instrumentation Description
BODC Data Processing Procedures
Data were transposed from the AMT6 cruise report Appendix A6-5. Sample metadata (cast and depth) were provided and matched to the database. There was one discrepancy - a sample was recorded from CTD17 at depth 7 m, the Cruise log appendix A6-4 indicates no samples was collected at this depth from this cruise. This data point was not loaded to the database.
No unit conversion was necessary as the units the data were supplied in the files matched the units for the parameter codes in the BODC Parameter Dictionary.
