BODC Data Processing Procedures

As part of the post-cruise processing of the CTD profiles, data from each sensor at bottle firing on the quality controlled and calibrated down-cast were extracted to the database for each bottle through a BODC Matlab routine. The AMT13 CTD processing document should be consulted in conjuction with this data for a full description of processing, screening and calibration steps.
