| Objectives | Trawl-acoustic survey on blue whiting and mackerel stocks; oceanographic survey to the west of the British Isles to develop the long-term co-operation within the framework of ICES. Fish distribution will be investigated with acoustic devices. Check trawlings will be made by mid-water trawl with a mesh size of 16 mm in the bag. Oceanographic observations including water temperature and salinity measurements, as well as hydrochemical investigations, will be carried out at stations of standard oceanographic sections and at trawl stations. |
