| Objectives | Main aims: To build up times series of abundance indexes for the main commercial species in the North Sea (Assessment of the main North Sea commercial species). Larval index calculated for herring and sprat. Additional objectives: Egg sampling using the CUFES (Continuous Underway Fish Egg Sampler) in the North Sea. Study of the distribution of relative abundance in winter of marine mammals and seabirds in the North Sea. Acoustic data was logged for later analysis.
