Phytoplankton taxonomy by FlowCAM
Trace Metals sampling and measurements in context of GEOTRACES
Genetics of Phaeocystis Antarctica
Small scale physical oceanography
Dimethylsulfide dynamics
Phytoplankton photoinhibition

The second leg of NBP-13-10 aboard RV Nathaniel B. Palmer was a transect towards the Ross Sea, stations in plankton bloom regions of the Ross Sea and some final stations in the open Antarctic Circumpolar Current.
