| Summary | The main objectives of the project are: a) To quantify the biogeochemical cycles of trace elements (Co, Ni, Cu, Cr, Al) including the identification of their sources and sinks, their dissolved and particulate speciation and their distribution in the Western Mediterranean sea; and b) To establish the role of the particulate phase and to quantify the scavenging fluxes for these metals in relation with primary productivity. |
