Summary

The project comprises the characterization of the lymphomieloid organs of 'Sparus aurata' and the delimitation of the effects of manipulation on its immune system, limiting the real effects of transportation and the protection of the anaesthetics on the immune system. The study is carried out in three phases, the first being dedicated to the typification of the lymphomieloid organs of the fish which are not subjected to any type of stress nor anaesthetics. The second phase purports a characterization of the lymph organs of 'Sparus aurata' at different doses of MS222 anaesthetics. The third phase attempts to separate the stressing effects produced by manipulation from those produced by transportation with or without anaesthetic. In each experiment the lymphogenic glands obtained (thymus, spleen and kidney) were divided into two parts, one of which was processed histologically and the other was studied by inmunehistochemical fluorescence.
