Description
Summary

Loch Linnhe is a Scottish fjord. Twelve CTD stations in Loch Linnhe were surveyed frequently in 1990 to 1992. The aim of the experiment was to describe the aperiodic changes in the water masses of the loch resulting from fluctuating freshwater flows into the fjord system. Tables of temperature, salinity and density are available at depth intervals of one metre at each station. The measurements were checked by reference to a reference salinometer and deep sea reversing thermometers.
