This privacy policy covers the Real time data of the RAPID MOC monitoring array at 26.5° North's web site at http://www.bodc.ac.uk/rapidmoc/. Links within this site to external web sites are not covered by this policy.
Any information obtained via this web site will be held by the British Oceanographic Data Centre (BODC). BODC is committed to protecting your privacy online. We will treat any personal information that you provide to us, or that we obtain from you, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of 1998. This information is used to provide you with access to BODC's inventories and data download areas, to keep you informed of changes to the site and the data held in it and to help us with future developments.
What use do we make of personal information?

in relation to our products and services, or for system administration of
the web server.
