AML Conductivity Temperature Depth profiler CTD-12

A self-contained CTD with platinized 4-electrode glass conductivity cell, pressure-protected thermistor temperature sensor and a semiconductor strain gauge pressure sensor plus integral data logger. The instrument package was superseded by the AML CTD-12 plus.

RV Clupea 18/96 CTD Data Documentation

Documentation for CTD data collected on R.V. Clupea cruise 18/1996 (18 - 30 November 1996) by Fisheries Research Services, Aberdeen.

The temperature and salinity data were collected using a STD12 instrument which was calibrated using bottle samples and thermometer readings to produce the following equations:
