We continuously monitor our web site for issues that may affect your use of our sites and services. If you are experiencing any difficulty using our web site then please do not hesitate to contact us or email our Web Master. For urgent enquiries for data, please email We will endeavour to fix any issues and/or get data to you as soon as we can, but cannot guarantee a response outside office hours.

Service disruption

    Due to a 'zero- day' security threat we have temporarily suspended some services including data search and delivery whilst we access any risk. A number of services will not be restored until the New Year. Our Enquiries Team are available to service any urgent requests up until 23rd December 2021 and again in the New Year from the 4th January 2022. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience being caused.

Planned maintenance

    We are currently investigating a 'zero day' security threat. A number of services are unavailable whilst we access any risk.

We have a maintenance window on working days between 07:00 and 07:30 GMT. Access to our web sites and web services should be considered 'at risk' during this period.
