Service status
We continuously monitor our web site for issues that may affect your use of our sites and services. If you are experiencing any difficulty using our web site then please do not hesitate to contact us or email our Web Master. For urgent enquiries for data, please email enquiries@bodc.ac.uk. We will endeavour to fix any issues and/or get data to you as soon as we can, but cannot guarantee a response outside office hours.
Service disruption
As of 28/07/2026, we are aware of an issue where users attempting to register for an account on the BODC website have not been receiveing an email allowing their account to be verified. This also includes existing web users attempting to reset their password for their account. Our web team are investigating the issue. In the meantime, please contact BODC Enquiries for any data requests. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Planned maintenance
There is no maintenance currently planned.
We have a maintenance window on working days between 07:00 and 07:30 GMT. Access to our web sites and web services should be considered 'at risk' during this period.
