| Summary | The data were collected as part of the NCMR assessment of commercial fish stocks in the Amvrakikos Gulf. Data on sole (Solea solea) were collected at sea on research cruises. Approximately 2500 otoliths of sole were aged in order to determine age-length keys. In addition, from a large number of specimens, length, weight and sex were recorded, whereas some 800 specimens were used for stomach content analysis. Finally, ichthyoplankton samples were also collected on a seasonal basis. |
