| Summary | Benthic samples were collected from 16 stations situated on the Cyclades Plateau, 5 in an enclosed embayment of the Milos Island and 5 in the Santorini Island. The benthic fauna was analysed and various ecological indices were calculated in order to determine the distribution patterns of the benthic communities in relation to abiotic factors. The dead mollusca were analysed in order to study zoogeographical and systematic aspects. |
