Present dataset includes results of analysis of 809 zooplankton samples taken on 4 stations in and off the Kamyshovaya Bay in the Black Sea in 1960 - 1970. Organisms were identified to the lowest taxon possible and enumerated under a binocular microscope (MBS-1 or MBS-9) in Bogorov chambers. Not less than two replicates from each sample were processed and these replicates were averaged. The large size organisms were counted in the whole sample or subsample.
