Summary

From the establishment of the stations until 1993 the hydrometeorological data were sent to the National Data Center in Obninsk (Russia). There the data come under quality control, based both on computer methodology and expert conclusion; Until 1992 electronic version of data in program CLICOM exists and initial meteorological data are stored in the archive of the centre; From 1992 to 1998 most of meteorological stations are processed and data are issued as hardcopies; Monthly and annual agrometeorological reference books, meteorological tables and monthly reference book are issued; Until 1991 actinometrical observations tables are created; From 1998 till 2004 electronic version meteorological tables, monthly reference books.
