Summary | The monitoring and an assessment of the impact on the environment of the constructing Kulevi Oil Terminal near the mouth of Rv.Khobi have been carried out. The bathymetric survey of the bottom morphology of the navigation channel of the port, that is under the heavy process of sedimentation and an assessment of the ongoing lithodynamic processes in the local littoral cell, was done. Up to 90 samples of the river's terrigenous material, as well as the chemical analysis (heavy metals) of the seafloor sediments, has been carried out. |
