| Description | |
| Summary | The laboratory preparation of the sediments for palynological studies has occurred in Institute of Palaeobiology. Pollen was isolated in a 10% solution of potassium hydroxide (KOH), followed by heavy liquid (kadmium) separation and standard acetolysis method (Faegry K., Iversen J. 1989. Textbook of Pollen Analysis. 4th eds. john Wiley&Sons, Chichester). For identification and calculation of palynomorphs used light microscope series MBI-15 (in 1972-1998) and Leitz series (in 1998-2007). |
