Summary | The University of Portsmouth Culture Collection (UPCC) holds in excess of 4000 isolates of marine fungi, making it the largest collection in the world of such organisms. The fungi have been isolated from a range of habitats, substrata and geographical locations. These cultures are used in research and for industrial research. Interesting metabolites have been discovered. Cultures are available for sale. |
