Summary | From samples collected by research vessels and samples obtained in landing harbours, the following data are available: infestation of Mugil auratus and Parophrys pholis by Icthyophonus sp.; VEN infection in several fish species; parasitization of Trisopterus luscus by Lernaeocera luscii: attachment sites and host-parasite relationship; parasitization of P. pholis by Haemogregarina bigemina: ecology, host-parasite relationship, life cycle; parasitization of P. pholis by digenetic Trematoda: seasonality. |
