| Summary | Aquaculture in Madeira is to be developed. This region presents interesting species and areas for aquaculture. Several projects will be developed including: (i) feeding habits, growth and reproduction of the wreckfish Polyprion americanus and (ii) seabream, Sparus auratus, culture in floating cages of the 'offshore' type. |
