Description 
Summary

The data set consists of 4 seasonal surveys (40 sites) in Canal de Mira (1985-1986) and 4 seasonal surveys 28 sites) in Canal de Ilhavo (1988- 1989). Intensive sampling (monthly) was carried out in 3 sites at the upper reaches of Canal de Mira (1988-1989).
