Data collected by the University of Coimbra at five estuarine stations. At each station, measurements of water pressure, conductivity, salinity and temperature were made at one depth (near the bottom). Measurements were started in June 1989 and continued until December 1990. The data available for each station is divided into four series. In between series there are gaps of variable length, corresponding to maintenance of re-setting operations. Within each series, the sampling interval is 30 minutes. However, measurements do not start for all series at the same point within the hour, and therefore time gaps in-between series are not necessarily a multiple of 30 minutes.
