The aim is to watch the state of pollution with hydrocarbons and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The data set represents the level of OCPs in water, sediments and mussels samples from the Romanian Black Sea coast. Water samples were collected with bathometer and sediment samples were collected using Van Veen Boden-Graifer from 12 stations (at different depth) along the coast twice a year. The mussels samples were collected occasionally by diver. Samples are extracted using organic solvents, concentrated and fractionated on aluminium column before injected in GC-MS. The Laboratory has accreditation ISO 17025 for analyse of OCPs in sediment samples, but not in water or organisms.
