Summary | COASTAL SEDIMENTS MONITORING is designed to assess and analyze the variability of coastal geological environment, in order to s provide the grounding research for coastal engineering activities related to the design, maintenance, and operation of beach nourishment, dredging activities, harbor development. Sediment samples were collected on several cross-sections along landmarks network (almost 46 transversal sections) covering the most part (about 240 km) of the Romanian Black Sea coast. |
