Summary

The data set contains information from 7500 buoy-based stations, 28 000 series of observations made at specific levels. The information was collected by Russian and foreign RVs. The data set includes some additional parameters for stations and levels. The data are checked visually, syntactically and for limiting values. The data set is updated. The additional information on the data set is available on the NODC Web site.
