| Summary | The data set contains hourly observations from 450 coastal stations. The data set is systematized by groups of seas: the north group - the Baltic Sea, the White Sea, the Barents Sea, the Arctic Seas; the south group - the Sea of Azov, the Aral Sea, the Caspian Sea, the Black Sea; the Far East group - the Bering Sea, the Sea of Okhotsk, the Sea of Japan. The data are checked visually, syntactically and for limiting values. The frequency of observations is 24 obs/day |
