The frequency is from 4 obs/day to several observations per year. The data set contains observations at 400 fixed locations of standard sections. The data are checked visually, syntactically and for limiting values. The data set is systematized by groups of seas: 1 - Baltic sea 2 - White sea 3 - Barents sea 4 - Kara, Laptev, East Sibirian, Chukchi seas 5 - Bering sea 6 - Japan sea 7 - Okhotsk sea 8 - Aral and Caspian sea 9 - Black sea 10 - Azov sea
