Description
Summary

The collection of data contains a register of the concentrations of the activities of natural and artificial radionuclides (expressed in Bq/kl and Bq/L) and inventories (Bq/m2) in marine sediments from the shelf, slope and abyssal plane of the Gulf of Vera. It comprises the results of the analysis of radionuclides in the course of three campaigns performed in: October 1985, July 1991, August 1992. Data are stored on the basis of strata contents from 1 cm down to 30 cm into the sediment. Data are contrasted by means of participation in Intercomparison Exercises performed by the IAEA and by the analysis of basic and blank samples.
