| Summary | The collection contains an inventory of phytoplanktonic species with a description of measurements, abundance, location and time of the year during which they have been observed in Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, La Palma, Gomera and Hierro. The data contain annual series for several points of the island of Gran Canaria and samples obtained in the course of expeditions for the remaining islands, with samplings from the surface to 150 m. More than 250 species included in microplankton have been classified. |
