Description
Summary

On the basis of the natural populations of soles of the species 'Solea senegalensis', the following parameters are studied in muscular and liver tissue: lipid extraction for the evaluation of total lipids, cholesterol, phospholipids, fatty acids profile, evaluation of total proteins, amino acids, determination of humidity and ashes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the nutritional status of the individuals of this population and to establish what relation exists with the variables of the population: sex, age, season of the year and state of growth.
