Summary | 47 hydrographic stations were sampled in two campaigns on board the 'Agamenon' in the channel separating Gran Canaria from Tenerife. Temperature and salinity were measured from the surface down to 600m. Drifters for the study of surface currents were launched from some of the stations. Two 24-hour trail stations using Aanderaa current meters were established off the coast of Gran Canaria. |
