| Summary | The data were obtained from 4 cruises carried out on the Galician shelf in June 1984, September 1984, July-August 1985 and March 1986. Samples were taken in the photic area at 5 depths. The July-August 1985 expedition focused on the temporary variation of phytoplankton on two profiles at 2 stations opposite Villano Cape and Ria de Arosa, respectively, over a 15-day period. The rest of the expeditions cover all the shelf, with an average of 18-20 stations of plankton and primary production per expedition. |
