| Summary | The collection comprises data on the zooplankton collected at 5 stations in the ria using oblique and horizontal hauls. Two samples (corresponding to the 500 and 250 micron nets) were fixed in 5 per cent formalin and used for the study of the composition of the community, and the other two were filtered for the elimination of water and frozen until their arrival at the laboratory where they were going to be quantitatively studied for biomass (dry weight per m3 and M.O./m3). There was no periodicity of the samples and a total of 13 trips was made. |
