Bacteria generic abundance in water bodies; Chlorophyll pigment concentrations in water bodies; Bacterial growth; Salinity of the water column; Alkalinity, acidity and pH of the water column

Description
Summary

The study was based on the activity of bacterial populations and heterotrophic techniques in water and sediment by means of the incorporation of a marked substrate. The determination of biomass was carried out by means of the indirect method of analysis of adenosintriphospate (ATP). The growth of the bacterial population was carried out by the direct epifluorescence count technique. The number of stations was 4, on surface and depth, taking tides into account.
