Description
Summary

A study of the main bacterial groups implicated in the cycle of N, both in water and in sediment which are aerobic proteolithics, ammoniphiers, nitriphiers and unnitriphiers. The different bacterial levels, their temporary variations, and their possible relationship with the chemical tests carried out were determined. The physical and chemical parameters tested were: pH, salinity, dissolved oxygen, nitrates, nitrites, ammonia, percentage of organic C and grain size. There were 4 stations (2 internal and 2 external) which were sampled monthly on surface and bottom, except for the most external where the sampling was intermediate. The meteorological conditions were recorded with all the samples (temperature, wind, rainfall), tide and transparency using Secchi's disk.
