Summary | The benthic samples were obtained with an Agassiz type hauling dredge in the course of an oceanographic expedition on board the R/V 'Las Palmas'. Data relative to temperature and salinity were taken during each haul. Samples were freshly photographed, and the weight hauled and the duration and course of the haul were also recorded. Specimens were then kept in alcohol or formalin or dried. Underwater filming was carried out at different locations. |
