Description | |
Summary | A survey of the most representative bacterial groups implicated in C and N recycling. With regard to C, the physiological groups were glycolythic, amilolythic and quilinalythic, and for N proteolythic, ammoniphiers, nitrate, nitric and denitrifiers. The samplings were seasonal along five perpendicular radials to the coastline, with 14 water and 5 sediment samples each. |
