| Summary | The database obtained from the study of sardine stock comprises the distribution of capture/age group/semester, average weight and size per age group, from 1976 to 1986. Since 1987 frequency is quarterly (captures in Spanish waters). Catch per unit of effort and age of the fleets of Vigo and Riveira (1982- 1991), Sada (1988-1991) and Santona (1988-1991). Of the acoustic campaigns it is abundance in sea, weight and number per different stock areas. Recruitment estimates (1976-1991) by application of VPA techniques. |
