Description
Summary

The data set resulted from collaboration with COMSUBLANT, FOSM and RAF to investigate exploitation of the sonar/oceanographic environment for surface ships and submarines. This formed the DRA contribution to LANTSUBICEX 1/87. SeaSoar, XBT, CTD, navigation and meteorological data were collected for this experiment. Data were collected by the Tactical Exploitation Section of the Sonar Performance Division at DRA, Portland. All data have been screened for format and data errors and corrected to produce a 'clean' data set.
