Summary | A joint experiment between the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and the SACLANT ASW Research Centre was mounted to study the deep steeped structure of the Tyrrhenian Sea. At several stations, the microstructure was studied with a special purpose probe which included an optical device for salt finger detection. |
