| Summary | 44 sediment samples were taken along the Apulian coast using a gravity corer. Microbial activity was measured in the surface layer (0-1 cm) of each sample using the resazurin reduction method. The organic carbon content was also determined. The sampling points possess geographical coordinates in ° latitude and longitude. |
