| Summary | During the WMCE the Stazione Oceanografica developed an observational program called the Janus Experiment, for the study of the water exchanges and characteristics in the Strait of Sicily. Three hydrographic studies were conducted in November 1985 and March and June 1986 from the R/V Bannock and R/V Minerva in the area comprised between Malta Island and Sardinia. |
