| Summary | Different features of stations were analyzed in relation to the effects on macro and meiobenthic communities of mucus deposition on bottom, especially with respect to depletion of oxygen. Macrobenthic data were collected two times per year at 5 stations and once per year at 6 stations in 1990; two samples were collected at 3 stations and one at 7 stations in 1991; while in 1992 only three stations were investigated. Meiobenthic data were collected at 3 stations by diver respectively 5 times in 1990, 6 times in 1991. In 1992 samplings were carried out monthly during 9 cruises by box-corer. |
