Description
Summary

The wave data were collected in the framework of an environmental study in view of the deployment of a pipeline from Tunisia to Sicily. The data were sampled with a frequency of 4 Hz (1st part) or 1.5 Hz (2nd part), the duration of individual records ranging from 5 to 20 minutes, at intervals of 90 minutes. The data sets are stored as a raw time series together with the related characteristic parameters Hs, Ts, Hm, Tm, Tz, obtained by Tucker method (M.J. Tucker, 1983: Analysis of records of sea waves, Proc. of the Inst. of Civil Eng., 26, 305-316).
