Description | |
Summary | This work entered in an Algerian (ISMAL) and French (IFREMER) global program, titled MEDIPROD V. This program was conducted to collect hydrological, biological and chemical data, in the western Algerian basin. A cruise with two ships, MS Benyahia (ISMAL) and Le Suroit (IFREMER), took place from 27/05/1986 to 27/06/1986 (0, 2 E). This work exclusively concerned measurements with a CTD to study mesoscale circulation of the Algerian current. There are about 13 stations in which pressure, temperature and salinity profiles (depth from surface to about 800 m) are recorded. |
